Return and Refund Policy
Our Return and Refund Policy is valid for 30 days. You have 30 days to return your product(s) after receiving them. Once 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot accept your return(s) anymore.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The product must also still be in its original packaging.
Situations Where Refunds Can Be Refused:
- Any item that is not in its original condition or has been damaged by your fault.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after receiving it.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@dealora.co.uk with your order details. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide any additional information you may need. Please ensure you reach out within the 30-day return window to be eligible for a refund.
Return Label:
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of returning the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds:
Once we have received and approved the return, your refund will be processed, and a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you have not yet received a refund even after 14 days, first check your bank account.
- Then contact your payment provider/company, as processing times may vary.
- If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please Contact us.
Defective or Wrong Products:
If you receive a defective product, or receive the wrong product please contact us as soon as possible. You must provide us with photographic evidence. We will then ensure that you receive a good product free of charge to replace the damaged product. If you need to return the defective product to us, we will cover these costs.
Customer Remorse Returns:
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or an ordering mistake, you will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items. You can shop with confidence, knowing that you won’t incur additional fees beyond the return shipping cost. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. However, you can always return your items within 30 days and place a new order.
Order Cancellation:
Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping Your Return Items:
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning any items (except for defective or incorrectly received items).
We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items if they are sent without tracking.
